Our products are digital and are delivered immediately after successful payment.
Digital-product refunds
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, completed digital purchases are generally non-refundable once download access has been supplied or used. Please review the product description, price, compatibility, and included materials before purchasing.
Duplicate charges and technical problems
If you were charged twice, received the wrong file, cannot access a valid purchase, or the delivered file is materially defective, contact us within 14 days. We will investigate and, where appropriate, restore access, replace the file, correct the charge, or provide another remedy required by law.
Requesting help
Use our contact page and include the purchaser name, purchase email, order number, purchase date, and issue. Do not send complete card details.

This policy does not limit non-waivable consumer rights that apply in your country or state.
